About Project

The mijo project is implementation of denoising algorithm based on theory of bacward stochastic differential equations. The reconstructed image is characterized by smoothing noisy pixels and at the same time enhancing edges. This novel look on the reconstruction is fruitful, gives encouraging results and can be successfully applied to denoising of high ISO images or reduction of jpeg artifacts.

The mijo is a software for removing noise while preserving edges of photos. The program is universal for many applications and easy to use - only one parameter.
